​​​​​​​​​​​​I'm Fine offers counselling services to both children and young people and parents/carers of young people experiencing mental health challenges.
​​​​​​Specialising in anxiety and school-related difficulties.​​​ We use a relational approach to therapy placing focus on the counselling relationship, which is underpinned by neuro-inclusive beliefs and and trauma aware practice.

About Us 

​I'm Fine, uses creative and tailored practice with the aim of supporting the unique difficulties faced by each client.  

 

The founder Karen Scott is an experienced adult and child counsellor. She is a qualified registered member of the BACP and an accredited registrant of the NCPS. Her experience lies in working alongside young people, counselling both in school's and the community. With experience of supporting young people and families through trauma informed systemic practice. 

 

I'm Fine is committed to creating a collaborative environment where clients may feel valued and supported throughout their time with us.

Counselling
Approach

Counselling sessions are bespoke and personalised to each client.

We aim to provide the most suitable space for the client to feel comfortable and at ease.

Offering a non judgemental setting where clients may feel able to explore, what at times may be difficult topics, and offer the client the space to potentially develop increased awareness of themselves and their needs.
