​Counselling Environment
​Our counselling philosophy is centered on empathy, understanding,
and empowerment.

Using a relational approach which focuses on building trust and rapport with clients to form a foundation on which future work can be based.
We hope to facilitate an environment where clients feel able to
express themselves freely and explore their own definition of positive mental well-being. ​

Providing a service which aim's to enable all individuals to feel heard, valued, and supported, by being curious about their lived experience and how these experiences may impact or support their mental health.
​Counselling Approach
A range of resources and support is offered to clients, with the aim of increasing their awareness of needs and challenges.
Such awareness may potentially provide them with insight and
in turn empowerment.
The counselling process is as unique as the individual and so these aims can be as fluid or as structured as the client wishes.
I'm Fine uses an integrated counselling practice, allowing the counsellor
to use different theoretical approaches depending on the requirements
of the client.
These approaches include,
humanistic, psycho dynamic, CBT among others.

Each approach will be individual and bespoke to each client.
